The Evanston City Council will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 6.00PM to consider the Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Budget Document. The estimated total amount of expenditures for the Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Budget for all funds, including interfund transfers, is $449,008,728.  The purpose of this hearing is to allow for public input on the proposed budget.
 
Residents can also provide comment and attend the hearing online through the link which will be provided on the city website.  

The Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Budget is available on the City’s website for review at www.cityofevanston.org/budget. The public is invited to submit comments via email to budgetinquiries@cityofevanston.org or by mail to the City Manager’s Office, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60201.
