The Commission is tasked with identifying and preserving historic, cultural, and architectural resources and affords due process through public hearings as well as reviewing and making determinations on applications for certificates of appropriateness, economic hardship, and special merit.&nbsp;</p><p>Members of the public as well as the applicants and Commissioners are asked to be respectful of tonight's proceedings and adopt the decorum necessary to facilitate impartial discussion and debate.</p>
