THOSE STILL INTERESTED IN PROVIDING WRITTEN COMMENT MAY DO SO USING THE <a href="https://forms.gle/anWQxn4cvgrJQM3b8" target="_blank">PUBLIC COMMENT FORM</a></span></strong></p><p>Members of the public are afforded the opportunity to provide public comment on the draft&nbsp;<a href="https://cityofevanston.prod.govaccess.org/home/showpublisheddocument/93463/638379728981570000" target="_blank">Memorandum of Agreement </a>(MOA) to be made among Northwestern University, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and the Illinois State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) regarding demolition of Ryan Field, a resource determined to be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. </p><p>Members of the public are encouraged to   consider whether the proposed mitigations within the MOA constitute an  appropriate response to the projects identified adverse impact to historic resources already determined by the SHPO (demolition of a structure eligible for the National Register), or to more broadly explain what Ryan Field means to you, how you believe it is significant to Evanston's identity, and how its demolition impacts the City's cultural heritage.</p><p>Public comment received during this session, will be sent to the Illinois State Historic Preservation Officer to inform fulfillment of the Illinois State Agency Historic Resources Preservation Act, as known as Section 707, 20 ILCS 3420.</p><p>Those wishing to provide public comment may submit written comments using the public comment&nbsp;<a href="https://forms.gle/anWQxn4cvgrJQM3b8" target="_blank">Form.</a></p><p>Please direct any questions or comments to Cade W.
