Evanston</i>&nbsp;that will help to place live musicians into local restaurants and bars to help to create a more vibrant and engaging dining and drinking atmosphere in Downtown Evanston's business district. The program will also showcase local and regional musical talent, and provide educational and experiential performance opportunities for emerging musicians.
