The meeting will take place in the <strong>Falcon Room at the Evanston Public Library Main Branch on Thursday, April 3, at 6 p.m.</strong><br><br><br>About the project<br>Vermilion Development has submitted conceptual plans for a 31-story mixed-use development at 605 Davis St. The project would include 3,200 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space, 80 parking spaces on floors 2-3, and a total of 447 multi-family residential apartments above. The project would also feature 20 percent onsite Inclusionary Housing units dispersed throughout the building. This project will require approval as a Planned Development and is still in the early design phase. A formal application requesting zoning approval has not yet been submitted. The specific development attributes may change as the proposal is finalized.
