In collaboration with Evanston's 5th Ward neighbors, Connections for the Homeless is hosting the fourth annual neighborhood Block Party which includes Family Fest, a day full of family-friendly activities and giveaways, as well as After Dark, an evening of live music, food, and craft beers. 

The Family Fest will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Twigs Park and the After Dark will take place from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Double Clutch Brewery.
