This joint meeting of the Social Services Committee and the Housing & Community Development Committee will be held to hear public comment on the Draft 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Draft 2025 Action Plan which has been updated with final FY2025 federal award amounts. The draft plans identify and prioritize housing, community, and economic development needs and strategies, focusing primarily on the needs of low- and moderate-income residents. The plans will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the funding process for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs.

The meeting agenda and packet is posted 48 hours before the meeting on the Social Services Committee page and the Housing & Community Development Committee page. The meeting will start at 7 pm and take place at 909 Davis Street in City Council Chambers.
