The Main Street Fair is a brand-new summer celebration with deep Evanston roots. It continues a decades-long Evanston tradition, bringing back the spirit of the beloved Custer Street Fair with a full day of local art, music, food, and community fun right in the heart of the city.
The Main Street Fair will showcase artistic wares from over 100 artisans from across the country. Partner Evanston Made is curating the vendors to ensure a focus on eclectic, delightful, family-friendly goods. It also features an area dedicated to kids and teens, including vendors and activities for both age groups, managed by the experts at Art Makers Outpost. The Youth Marketplace showcases artists and makers who are 17 years old or younger, allowing them to hone their entrepreneurial skills by selling their own handmade goods.
Presented by the Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club (ELRC) in partnership with Evanston Made, Art Makers Outpost, Main Dempster Mile, and Around Evanston.
