The City of Evanston cordially invites you to attend Public Information Meeting #2 concerning the preliminary engineering study for future pedestrian and bicycle improvements along Church Street between Dodge Avenue and the West City Limits (the North Shore Channel), and also in the North-South direction east of the North Shore Channel between Harbert Park and Church Street. The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed improvement plan and to accept public comments regarding the project.
The meeting will be conducted in an open house format. Exhibits will be available for public viewing at the meeting. Community members and interested stakeholders should feel free to attend the meeting at any time between 4:30 P.M. and 7:30 P.M. Representatives from the City of Evanston and the project consultant team will be present to discuss the project and answer any questions on an individual basis.
Please park in Lot #1 and enter through Door #1. See attached parking map. The meeting will be held in the North Community Room. Signage will be provided to help you navigate to the correct room.
