The next 9th Ward meeting will be on October 15 from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. in Room B at the Prieto Community Center.  Learn about and contribute ideas to Evanston's Putting Assets to Work program. The City was selected to receive a grant from the Federal Department of Transportation's Build America Bureau to conduct a community-based re-visioning for both improvement and redevelopment of select City assets to drive economic development and address community needs.  We want to hear your ideas for what you would want to see at the Civic Center, Police/Fire Station and Noyes Cultural Arts Center locations.  We will also get an update on the Love Your Block grant program and the projects that happened in year one of the program.
