Join Councilmember Kelly for a virtual First Ward meeting as well as an online community presentation introducing Local Note, a proposed intimate jazz club planned for downtown Evanston, located at 1716 Sherman Ave. Owner Kurt Schauer will lead the presentation and will outline the vision for Local Note, including its purpose, atmosphere, anticipated operating hours, and the ways the venue aims to contribute to enhancing the vibrancy of downtown Evanston and the broader Evanston community. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the project and ask questions in an open forum.
