City Parking Garages
The City has three public parking garages in its downtown area. Parking is free on Sundays and on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Monthly passes can be purchased for each garage using the links below.

3-Garage Monthly Pass
For $175 a month, a registered vehicle can park in any of the 3 Evanston garages 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Contracts are available at the Sherman Plaza garage office and online.
1800 Maple Self Park

Hours: 24/7 365 days a year
Free: Sundays. Movie patrons -four hours free with validation.

Directions: Enter from Maple Avenue at Clark Street or University Place
Clearance: From the main entrance to the top of the garage clearance is 8 ft. 2 in. and 7 ft. 7 in. to enter the flat bay on level two.
Monthly Permits: $115, or $60 roof top parking for employees of Downtown Evanston businesses (proof of employment may be required) Purchase monthly passes
Church St. Self Park

Hours: 24/7 365 days a year. Overnight pays normal hourly rate.
Free: Sundays.
# of spaces: 600, (12 disabled)
Clearance: Height clearance on Level 1 is 8 ft. 2 in. for wheelchair lift vans. All other floors have a 6 ft. 8 in. height clearance.
Directions: Enter from Church or Clark east of Chicago Ave

Clearance: From level one to level five clearance is 8 ft. 2 in.. From level five to top the clearance is 6 ft. 9 in.
